Stars are far away, so they should have a fairly small solid angle. Why can we still see them so clearly?

Math notation is confusing and outdated from an era when humans did math on paper.
It makes way more sense to just use javascript to solve all math problems where the math is clearly readable by anyone

🧵 $5,000.00 Mathematical Hack for Japan's Stock Market

I uncovered a glitch in Japan’s stock market and designed a financial model exploiting price velocity patterns.
The formula is based on data from Japanese actresses, singers, and neuroscience, yielding $5,000.00 USD so far. Though I’m keeping the formula secret, I’m excited to let bots handle trading while I focus on enjoying life.

🗑️ 🧵 Wind drought in Germany
Anonymous at Tue, 26 Nov 2024 20:03:44 UTC No. 16494380
Windmills remove energy from the atmosphere which in turn results in wind droughts. The idea that windmills can produce power infinitely is based on the absurdly false premise that the atmosphere contains infinite energy. Once enough energy is removed from the atmosphere the windmills can no longer produce. Building more and more windmills all over the place only reduces the productivity of each individual preexisting windmill.
Presuming wind power is infinite is akin to presuming hydropower is infinite.

Hey /b/tards, I'm currently doing a research in my third year of psychology. It seems that I don't get the same results as presented in an article.
Basically, I tried to follow their modus operandi but after I've done the EFA, I don't know how they grouped up their datas.
The article : https://osf.io/ty5qs/
I'm doing the first study, I've followed every instructions but can't catch up the same Eigenvalue and adjusted R2 even tho I've got the same tables as described in their S1 file (available at the end of document). Same chi2 value, everything is the same but the eigenvalues.
To see if I did a mistake, I followed up and did the hierarchical regression and ended up getting the same results except for β.
The method I used to group the categories are as simple as that [Category1]+[Category2]+...+[Catego
Could a brave amongst the braves help me here please ?

hello, i wonder if racism can be justified scientifically. which i have no idea where to research because google filter everything that seems politacally incorrect
i want unbaised resources on race and its association with intillegence
for example is there a gene that is associated with lower intelligence that is more common in one race than the other?
pls i want to understand this, and keep, history, crime stastics, cultural opinions out of this, just purely a scientific approach and include resources
thanks

The final date revealed as 1921. If we increase the date by 3 multiples of 7 we get 1942, date of the movie Danny watches on TV, The Summer of ‘42. If we continue increasing the date by multiples of 7, we get 1977, the year in which the action of the film takes place – verified by the copy of Playgirl Jack reads in the Lobby. Continue on by 7 and we get 2012, mythical Mayan end of time. Reduce the date by multiples of 7 and we get 1907, the year construction on the Overlook began.
