Why aren't you using yourself to make real money(dimensional credit), you can do anything in the space you have to contribute to the multiverse and it's growth. If you're not doing anything, you wasted your time here. Why not build a factory and make products? All you have to do is access the Consc. Don't know how? Try mapping mind-space and using sense data as an apparatus to make turns and shifts in mind. Poorfags. I own many businesses in a directory not too far from here.

>If John has 3 apples, and Elizabeth has 4 oranges, how much fruit do they both have in total?
when I was little, I thought the answer was 7. but now that I'm a math major I realize that you can't add up apples with oranges because they are different things and the things you add together must have the same unities. I also know that I can't use the numbers 3 and 4 so freely because I don't really get set theory, I failed it last semester, and without it the numbers 3 and 4 are ill defined. Also there's the question on whether 7 is the only answer possible, which makes it necessary to prove some sort of unicity theorem.
So if you ask me the same question now, I would reply "I don't know"
🧵 Processing Speed
Anonymous at Tue, 15 Oct 2024 13:55:29 UTC No. 16432913
I took the WISC when I was 13 and scored around 140. IIRC I got above 140 on the visual spatial and fluid reasoning subtests, and I think 130s on the verbal index. My memory was somewhere in the 120s-130s and my processing speed was the lowest at around 120.
This would put my speed at about the 90th percentile, but I attended an above average high-school and was consistently one of the fastest test-takers in my classes (especially for math). Say my high school was the top 50%, and I was in the top 10% of my AP/honors classes, which were the top ~25% of the school.
Even now in a high-tier college I still usually go through exams quickly and often understand concepts faster than my peers, even if I don't study too hard and as a result get only slightly above average grades (which I'm completely fine with).
So is the WISC processing speed test a poor estimate of real-time processing speed? The memory and reasoning scores are definitely accurate, I have a good but not exceptional memory. My hunch is that while taking the test I took time to double and triple check my answers on the processing speed tests. Giving snap answers typically makes me anxious.
If you've taken an IQ test, how was your processing speed? Do you think it's accurate?

the big bang doesn't even make sense

>this is now the universe
>planets and shit start to exist by things calming down after this explosion
>everything is just expanding outwards for forever
>despite losing energy and changing form
>somehow this is all supposed to come back together again for another big bang in 100000 trillion years or something
dumb, permanent expansion caused by a maximal compression and somehow this system is a cycle is dumb as fuck

Wow what a based English ethnocentrist....love live England!
Why are white nationalists like this? Are they hypocrites?
It's a common joke that someone can't be a true white nationalist if they don't have a brown girlfriend. Enoch was married to a Jew. Dutton constantly posts videos about the degradation of Britain and speaks at British right wing rallies, yet is married to a foreigner and his "genetic legacy" is nonEnglish...
Should we stop taking nationalists seriously at this point?
🧵 I definitely missed the comet of the century
Anonymous at Tue, 15 Oct 2024 13:09:11 UTC No. 16432845
Fuck!
Comet Tenshinhan-Atlas is like THE comet of the CENTURY, with a magnitude comparable to Hale-Bopp (for which I am too young to remember), and there was FUCKING CLOUDS EVERYWHERE!
I drove like 1 hour or more THREE EVENINGS IN A ROW, hoping to find a spot with clearings, and I saw NOTHING THE THREE TIMES!
I'm DONE missing ALL celestial events like this!
During the total eclipse of 1998 that took place in the North of France, I lived in the South and my parents didn't want to move to see the total eclipse, I was just able to see a partial eclipse.
For aurora borealis visible from France this year, I found a great sky watching spot and was able to be there THE DAY AFTER they were visible.
Add to this that I live in the Parisian region, which is like one of the areas in Europe with the WORST light pollution, just the city of Paris fucks up the sky for like 100 km around it.
And due to the unpredictable nature of these celestial bodies, we don't know when the next comet like Hale-Bopp or Tenshinhan-Atlas will come. But seeing the time between the two, I bet I'll be almost on my fucking deathbed when it will happen... And that there will be clouds again.
I'M FUCKING DONE MISSING ALL CELESTIAL EVENTS LIKE TVIS, THERE ARE ALWAYS CLOUDS OR OTHER SHIT.

Can anyone check my working/logic? You might have a high IQ if you can.
I make 50k and my friend makes 100k.
IF we convert income distribution to height distribution, my friend and I are dwarfs, under 4ft tall. The actual rich people are so tall that standing next to us on earth their heads extend beyond the moon. Looking down from their view they cannot tell the difference between my friend and I. >50% of the nitrogen in your body is from the Haber-Bosch process, which converts natural gas into food.
>No country has reached high wealth without massive energy consumption.
>Every country over $10,000 per capita GDP is also burning oil like there's no tomorrow.
>China’s GDP and its electricity consumption are through the roof—both fueled by coal, oil, and gas.
>Wealthy countries like Norway and the US are high on the graph for a reason—they burn fossil fuels for energy to sustain their way of life.
>India is still building wealth and burning through natural gas and coal to do it.
>The line between poverty and prosperity is fueled by fossil energy.
>"Low carbon" dreams don't build industries, cities, or modern economies.
>Green countries on the graph? Not exactly oil-free, just less dependent.
>Renewable energy is a luxury for nations that have already powered up their economies with fossil fuels. No oil, no wealth.
I am completely aware that things will get worse ecologically and climate-wise, incrementally but is everyone just going to expect third-world countries, that have seen how much consumption the First-World enjoys, to accept a lower quality of life per capita?
Nuclear Reactors (which I really wish were more widely used) and Renewables don't grow out of thin air. The material needs to be mined, which needs more oil. Batteries need metals which need to be mined from the seabed.
If you are a corporate worker, ultimately your entire job's efficiency revolves around the ability of some magic force turning a circle. And to date, oil has been the most reliable one to do that.
When did everyone become so energy blind?
