Iβm normally not the type to post βschizoβ theories, but hereβs mine:
Matter <=> Energy <=> Entropy <=> Information
Itβs all connected. ask Einstein about matter and energy.
Entropy is defined by energy * temperature.
And information is expressed in high entropy; for example, an unwritten CD is flat (low entropy), while a burned CD has high entropy (bumps and holes). (Though noise also has high entropy, which reminds me of the heat death of the universe.)
All these things seem connected.

tl;dr im a 26yo total fuckup with no skills or experiences and no will
i'm 26 and i wasted the past 10 - 15 years fucking around on the computer and i got nothing except a GED and i never learned how to drive, i don't have a permit or license, and family cant help and i have no friends. i dont know anything about the world. what do I do? im living off of unemployment checks until 2025
i've worked retail and food service but i prefer being a NEET. interacting with the public and minimum effort workplaces don't really pay enough and they don't really teach you any concrete skills. besides finding an autist back of house job to afford a used lexus and maybe filling out FAFSA next January and trying to go to college idk what to do. i didnt learn how to ride a bike or tie my shoes until i was 20 because it was too frustrating and i always immediately lost at sports. don't even know what my SAT score is, never took it.
got terminated from my grocery store shelf stocking job after i got burnt out with the 40/hr week and commute, the stress of not knowing what to do with myself and the prospect of working retail forever compounded with not enough free time to process my situation led me to try and cope with heavy cannabis concentrate use and i stopped showing up to work and got terminated. i haven't had a job since may of 2024. i quit weed
can't join the US military because of OCD and Recurrent Major Depression diagnoses and Cymbalta (duloxitine) which i was rx'd after my psych ward stay (i couldn't think about anything except planning suicide so i just went to the ER)
i don't think i'm capable of having a hobby or interest because i never had one as a kid and i always detect that whatever "hobby" i think i'm into is simply a way to avoid my life and there is no joy. people tell me i need to get a hobby but i don't feel interested in anything. feel like i gave up on life when i was a kid and i've just been avoiding life and now i have to either die or do something

He stole SR from Lorentz and Fitzgerald.
He stole GR from Hilbert.
He stole Brownian motion from Thiel.
Even the Nobel committee wouldn't lie and credit him with those, just photo electric effect and "contributions to science". What a joke, you're own paid stooges would tell the big lies you wanted.
He had nothing to do with Bose Einstein Condensates.
He was wrong about the Big bang
he was wrong about Quantum Mechanics.
He was an adulterer and worse moral degenerate.
He and the other two jews were wrong about the EPR "paradox", and thus showed they not only didn't understand QM, but SR itself that they claim he discovered.
His first solution to the field equations were laughably bad, violating causality and the laws of thermodynamics.

𧡠Is there a scientific way to stop this chain of suffering?
Anonymous at Sun, 10 Nov 2024 07:39:28 UTC No. 16469386
Is there a scientific way to stop this madness called "life"?
If realism, or dualism, is the true nature of existence, it means that for billions of years, countless living entities have faced an unimaginable summation of misery and suffering.
Antinatalism and elifism are the obvious escape philosophies, nothing else will ever arrest this long chain of suffering permanently and forever.
Yes, birthrates are falling across the globe, that's a good sign, but how can we accelerate the process? How can we, scientifically speaking, terminate all of this once and for all?
I know that the Sun will eventually burst into a red giant and fry the planet completely, but in the meantime, mankind might be able to espace that fate and populate the universe beyond the solar system.
How can we make sure that that never happens?
Also, bolide impacts, if incoming at high speeds from interstellar space, might produce ejecta at speeds surpassing the solar escape velocity, and allow for life to keep on perpetuating suffering through panspermia.
How can we speed up the Sun's final demise and avoid that?

𧡠Fusion Fag Wishful Thinking
Thorium Man at Sun, 10 Nov 2024 06:44:05 UTC No. 16469335
Imagine how much coal, oil and natural gas it took to create so much heat. And for what? We could've just funded Molten Salt Reactors (LFTRs & WAMSRs) since the 60's and had them perfect and widespread by now. But instead we make ourselves broke doing fusion research. The "scientists" who siphon money from taxpayers are evil grifters who constantly exaggerate their progress, worse than particle physicist fags.

I have some questions about bread that I can't seem to look up the answer for anywhere.
When you make bread the final weight of product is substantially less than what you started with and that is in part because some of the water weight is lost to evaporation, some of the flour and water is converted to ethanol which also evaporates away and some is lost via calories burned by the yeast. So I'm wondering about the last two, how much ethanol is created in the process and how much energy does the yeast use up?
I'm also wondering what the total mass of dead yeast is in the final product. I typically start off with a gram or two of yeast in a bread that uses over a kilo of flour and 24hr later I have a finished product which must be a much higher percentage yeast than what it started out as because the yeast grows so quickly when it has ample food and water available.
Somewhere I read that the yeast can double in 20 minutes under optimal conditions, but that seems like its can't possibly be the growth rate for too long because that would leave me with bread that was 100% yeast in under 4 hours.
The only thing I've measured myself is that the weight of the final product is about 75% the weight of all the mass I started off with.
