Daily reminder that tool doesnt matter.
You can make expensive polished AAA graphics with blender and crappy cris shit tier graphics with Industry tools.
The diference between industry and blender amateurs and pros is not your tool, but your art skills.
And yes, 99% of /3/ wont make anything complex, so it doesnt matter what tool they use.
And for the 1%, they usually can find a blender workaround using addons that can produce 99% of the same end result.

Rigging in Blender - Why is it such an absolute pain in the ass?
All I want is to be able to connect the little ball of one joint reliably to the little ball of another joint.
95% of times ctrl+P however asks wether I want to separate bones. If for some reason I randomly manage to perform the 20-step-selection ritual correctly and the 'parent keep offset' option appears, it ALWAYS 100% of the time parents the wrong ball to the wrong ball, sometimes even the wrong ball to a ball on a joint I didn't even select.
God help me please

I'm new to Blender, so perhaps I just don't know how to deal with it, but why does the Boolean fuck up so often? I created this shape using union, and now I am trying to use the shape to difference from the larger model, but the smaller model is all fucked up from boolean union. Is there a way to have it recalculate the surface without all of the other bullshit in there? Because If I try difference, It just makes things worse and I do not get the result I want.

Can someone explain to me in a real way why this is true? I keep hearing the statement parroted everywhere but I didn't actually ever see anyone go in-depth into why.
What does Maya do better for animation than other software?

I sort of messed up my modular walls without planning ahead about a proper corner pillar or something that connects two adjacent walls with plasters on them. I'm going to use them in my game in Unity so would there be issues if I baked lighting with overlapping meshes like this?
