The sound a person hears when they put a finger in their ear is often due to the amplification of internal sounds, like blood flow or movement of air. This can cause a rushing or whooshing noise, known as "occlusion effect," where external sounds are blocked and internal sounds become more noticeable.

So you be saying we can just blast nuclear waste wit a particle accelerator to reduce it's half-life to the point it's inert AND create more electricity in the process? My niggah!

Pretty sure this "Breakthrough" research from Sandford has been a well known method in histology for decades, but it'll be cool to try and post results here.

I'm not a man of science so please forgive my ignorance. Why is it that when you drink alcohol you always crave for more? I have read online that it's because alcohol makes you thirsty. And while it's true alcohol makes you crave water you don't actually seek water you end up drinking more booze or beer or whatever. So yeah it makes you thirsty but also makes you seek for more of it. Why is that? I have self control of course I know when to stop but seems like I always want more and more of it. Why is that?

You don't understand. I NEED TO KNOW, if this mouse feels depressed after I electrocuted her vagina and smoldered it shut. I need to know HOW exactly she feels depressed. I need to measure it. Bro please, I still need to castrate the control group. Bro please, what if we drowned them, but rescued them at the last second and then put them in again after they recovered?

Every potential emotional experience I could ever have is already set up in my brain.
I could be handed the secrets to the universe, or teleport into the future, and my brain would produce the reaction in a matter of seconds. The outside information is just the trigger, so that my brain decide what qualia I will experience appropriate to the outside world.
Knowing that, literally no psychedelic experience should be surprising. You are basically looking into the game files for life and spoiling yourself on what it would feel like if you discovered something great or found love or whatever. All that matters is already in your head, it's just the matter of how you activate it.
