what are some good techniques to use intelligence when fighting and the environment or someone's metal weakness? things akin to the "hey what's that" and a point then punching them when they look away.
also no "just run"

You know how car manufacturers let their new cars out with funny shapes on them so it's harder to tell what they look like?
Why don't boxers and UFC fighters have a pattern like that tattoed around their shoulders?

Recently got an ebike and had so much fun with it even though its a "street legal" model that doesn't go that fast and im looking to build my own slightly faster version soon with a mountain bike I bought, it would cost me around 1200-1400 to build . Should I just buy a surron/e dirt bike instead? they are around 4-5k where I live.
Also feel free to share your stories on ebikes. I love the idea of fucking shit up in packs doing wheelies, running from law etc. thanks

Hey everyone, hope you're doing well. I'm 22 and just started boxing a month ago and I absolutely love it. I want to become a pro boxer and I'm ready to dedicate my life to it. Do you think I'm delusional or can I make it?

My 45 yr mom (who has been decently fit all her life) started taking kick-boxing lessons since March this year, and yesterday when I challenged her during a playfight, she managed to deal quite a few punches and roundhouse kicks that I simply couldn't block. Had this been a real fight where she would've hit harder, I could've gotten a broken jaw or nose, some facial injury like a black eye or even a concussion etc. I'm still mind broken by the fact that my mom is now faster, braver and better at hand-to-hand combat than me.
She made me chicken parm right after though.

I need help bros. Back in about 2010. There was this Tae Kwon Do music video set to A7X's MIA. It had a bunch of people doing katas and things.
The tagline was something near,"Get the Tae Kwon Do advantage" and it showed a Myspace page link, I think it was something close to

If anyone has the vid pls post it?

Or at least they kick, punch and do some grapples also they actually train like combat sports (of course it was scripted but its something I guess).
