🧡 Help tiling my procedural texture in blender please?

Hi all, I'd like to have my texture tile procedurally in both x and y axis.
The worn part of this texture makes it seamless so I tried to come up with a way to solve this.
At first, I tried to have a SQUARE-ish white mask around the four cornes to cut off the seamless worn part but it worked for the horizontal seam but not for the vertical seam since the worn out part looks like it got erased in a straight line at the top and bottom.

I am now trying to use another musgrave texture to someone counter the worn part in both top and bottom areas but I'm having no luck with that.

Can you guys help me figure out a way to mask out the top and bottom with more procedural noise?

How do you decide to split up your model? Is there a general guideline? I'm trying to make a gator-man but I'm having some issues doing his back and tail. I'm not sure it's because I should be splitting the scales on his back on a separate subtool or if I should just get good and deal with it.

I'm asking cause I saw some artists split up some detail on separate subtools. Would've posted in the sculpting general but it seems dead. Anyway what do you guys do? What should I do?

Sorry to bother but I saw some people here usually port 3d models and I feel bad asking but is very important to me because is related to one of my favourite games of all time, The Fairy Guardians which is related to one of my favourite series that I used to watch in my childhood, Winx Club and said game has some of the best well made models related to said series

How can you make this video of miku vfx and motion graphics in blender?

I see shit like in 3:21 where is like a magical girl transformation and like she instantiate some mesh change in the animation.

Like how do you do that?

Or is the VFX here, like composite shit from some after effects clip and later composited in Nuke or some shit like that?

Because 100% sure this shit would be extremelly cumbersome to do in vanilla blender and is more some Maya or softimage or other package 3D animation, and then some vfx shit on like after effects and then composited on nuke.

But I don't want to like super relly on expensive tools and my end goal is just do that shit on some game engine like godot.
So I can't relly on like animation tools completely.
