Do you guys know if there's a book or whatever that gives you a lot of small practical modeling exercices ? The ones I found are very specific to their respective softwares and when I model something.

Fellow Unity enjoyers, help. I'm trying to export my model to VRM using the VRM plugin for Unity, but it gives me this.
I literally cannot find anything on google about this error, it seems nobody else has ever had it.
My materials seem okay, they're all using the vrm shader and they all have textures.

Explain this shit to me, I'm at a loss.
It's not just that, I also have eyes that are perfect spheres, bones perfectly centered inside but when I rotate them the spheres get deformed. For the teeth I can somewhat understand, the weight painting may have flaws, but the eyes are 100% red and as I said it's just a fucking sphere.

It could be anime, furry or semi-realistic. But they must have a commercial license.

Why do you people say that Designer isn't necessary on each and every texture when it clearly contains many nodes that simply aren't present in Painter? Painter can only do 10% of what Designer can.

A while ago I downloaded a sketchfab ripper from here and it worked fine, but earlier today when I was trying to download a museum scan it said that the link was invalid. At first I thought that specific model link wasn't compatible but it is doing this for any link I now put in.

Have we reached the point where 3D will stop aging badly?
I remember thinking that Incredibles was really good looking when it first came out, but I look at it now and it looks ugly and dated. To take it even further, things like Toy Story 1 look almost unwatchably dated now. It feels like 3D has such a short shelf-life while you can take pretty much any old 2D cartoon and it stands timelessly on its own merits.
When will 3D reach the same point?

im trying to create a model of two characters simulating a pose while at the same time simulating the look of them wearing variations of ponchos / baggy coats. the end goal is something i can 3d print and physically paint later.
my workflow is KodonVR volume which i plan to continue fleshing out the shape, then move to modeling to clean up the smoothing and polys a bit (and then assumably) blender to do the finer details, and then finally whatever software is required to create a 3d printer file
i have pretty much no background with 3d modeling, so i have no idea whether what im doing is too convoluted or if theres a better way to build what im envisioning, im basically using this as an excuse to hit multiple basepoints in whats needed to 3d model and end up with something i like
