What's the secret of the realistic looking CoD reload animations? No other game has reached such fidelity in the reloads animation area. Do they have animators dedicated just to viewmodel reloads that spend months on a single weapon? Do they use some sort of procedural magic?

I'm trying to play left 4 dead 2 on my computer.
It's really annoying because none of you understand how to walk in game.
1 stroke of wsad and you move a meter in the game world.
You keep fucking bumping in to me in the saferoom.
The players dont even go near the bathrooms because their controls are insufficient at navigating those tight spaces.
The pc players are totally out of control. A pack of fucking idiots. They are persuing ant brain gameplay.
Best games of my life have been 1 v 4 against you as infected.
Playing alongside WSAD survivors is like constant baby sitting.
They are always running around like idiots and bumping in to things like the toddlers do.
The battlefield players dont even get shift walk. You tell a battlfield WSAD player to walk on PC and their brain just stops working.
It's pure panic.
You inherit panic from your computer's missing game controller.
YOU need to setup your controls because they are YOUR responsibility.

Need someone who can make organic landscapes in ue/blender/maya or whatever other program you fancy and get paid for it!
I'm working with a friend to make a 2.5d top-down hentai zelda-like action. We're just stating with a demo that will go from the start of the game until the end of the fist dungeon, we somehow have gathered a pretty skilled little rag tag team but I'd like to find someone who can do landscapes exceptionally well.
Right now we literally just need the ground itself. After the demo we're hoping to put it up on social media to get some support so we can quit our day jobs and work full time until the game is finished.
If thd game takes off we'd 100% have a ton more work for you to do and paid hourly or salary depending on if we get enough funding. We just wanna make a fun game that's also horny.

I'm too lazy to learn how to animate the plop plop shit, so I'm trying to transfer TS4 rigs onto other 3D models so I can just use WW animations. My workflow right now is just moving the bones in edit mode to the new body, which sort of works, but is inefficient. I also need to transfer the weights and that can lead to some problems, too.
This is all for "personal use", so I don't give a shit about the legality of it or finding a way to somehow make money off of it.

For me, I started learning Blender and making NSFW content almost 2 weeks ago and I'm having a lot of fun with it.
I already have 2 major fans that I have contact with outside of twitter, 1 minor trying to request furry porn, talked to some big league players, got almost 50 followers (including bots of course), random people posting my shit on boorus and I'm currently working on my 8th art piece which I'll post tomorrow.
This is a nice hobby for me and I love how I learn more every time I use it. I'm even thinking about going to university to study animation and illustration, which isn't that far away.

So, I had previously restored Blender 2.49 to run on Debian 12. Here's the patch if you want it:

And that's great but I was wondering where Yafray went because back in the day I remember some of the Yafray stuff being quite impressive.
In the UI code the button to switch to Yafray had been removed, but it was present until 2.48, so I back-ported it and I was able to make it work as a plug-in renderer again.
So, what would you like to see? I have no idea what features are broken though because this was the end of the line for Yafray... for whatever reason.

Palworld traces the models from pokemon, and they weren't sued. Why aren't you doing this too? They are making hundreds of millions of dollars and you could too. Just run ai on 2 pokemon, then draw on top of the base model with your own variation of their design. then trace their mesh and slightly adjust the topology.
